Set your prices and build quotes
Quote films and delivery versions with your own rates, resolve scope checks and keep accepted work separate from priced changes.
Explore the features and join the waitlist to hear when you can start your 21-day trial. Customer accounts and billing are not open yet. These guides explain the workflow for a customer workspace.
Your company sets the prices
The company rate card is a starting point for new quotes. It is separate from the subscription price you pay to use the app. Other companies do not share your rate card.
Use descriptive line-item names with the unit included. A filming day is quantity × day rate. Editing hours are quantity × hourly rate. A fixed package is quantity 1 × package price. Equipment, travel and licensing can be separate lines.
An example with mixed pricing
For illustration only: one filming day at $1,800 plus two editing days at $1,100 gives a $4,000 subtotal. At a configured 10% tax rate, tax is $400 and the total is $4,400. Replace every example price and tax setting with your company’s own values.
The app calculates totals from the entered quantities and rates. It does not decide your tax obligations, production margins or commercial terms.
Be specific about what is included
Add each distinct film, live stream or shoot-only deliverable in Production deliverables. Give films and live streams a duration. Under each deliverable, name every version and its format, such as Master / 16:9 4K MP4 or Social cut / 9:16 captioned MP4. For shoot-only work, describe the raw-footage handover. Record shoot requirements and revision rounds, or explicitly enter not required. Keep editing allowances, client responsibilities and exclusions in the written scope.
Incomplete structured scopes can be saved as drafts but cannot be sent or recorded as sent. Resolve the listed checks, then review the client, price, terms and delivery promises yourself. These are required-field checks, not AI interpretation of a client brief. Earlier written-only quotes remain usable.
Keep revisions separate from accepted work
Before acceptance, choose New version when the proposal changes. Each saved version has its own scope and totals. Earlier versions remain in the quote history. Accepted quotes cannot be revised; use a variation on the job for changed work.
Record acceptance only against the version the client actually accepted. The job preserves that scope and creates one task per delivery version, with the production reference and initial job due date. Add other preparation or review tasks separately.
Price changes after acceptance
Open the job and choose Propose variation. Compare the request with the original accepted agreement, describe the change, list its deliverables and enter the additional price and due date. Saving the proposal does not send or approve it.
Use Copy for client to share the proposal through your current process. After the client decides, choose Record decision and keep evidence of who agreed or declined, when and where. Approval creates extra delivery tasks; a decline keeps the record without adding work. The job shows approved extras including tax. If work is replaced, describe that clearly and review affected original tasks yourself.
Know the current limits
The app supports positive quantities and non-negative line-item rates. It does not yet automate discount rules, crew cost calculations, margins, minimum booking rules or multi-currency conversion. For a negotiated package, enter the agreed positive package price and describe its contents clearly.
