Your website and waitlist information.

What we collect

Your email address, the time you join and a record of the launch-update consent shown on the form. You do not need to provide client records or payment details.

How we use it

We use your address to send The Video Production CRM launch and early-access updates you have requested. Joining does not create a CRM account, start a trial or subscribe you to a paid plan. We do not sell the waitlist.

Where it is handled

Cloudflare hosts the form and stores its entries for us. A rotating hash of your network address helps limit repeated submissions; the waitlist database does not save your raw network address. Hosting services may also process technical request information to run and protect the site.

Resend is our email delivery provider. Resend processes your address and message when we send a waitlist confirmation or a launch update.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand visits to public pages and successful waitlist submissions. You can choose No thanks and still use the website and join the waitlist.

Google processes page visits, a cookie identifier and technical browser and device information. Our tag sends public page addresses without query strings or fragments and only the referring website’s domain. We also use approved, non-personal campaign labels to understand which promotions bring people to the waitlist. With analytics allowed, these labels can be kept in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes; choosing No thanks clears them. We do not send your email, waitlist form contents, account identity or CRM records. We do not use Google advertising signals or personalised advertising.

Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies also have a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Turning analytics off stops future measurement and removes the analytics cookies this site can access; it does not erase information already processed by Google. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles information.
