Your workspace and AI context

Understand who can see records, what AI receives and what your team must review.

Explore the features and join the waitlist to hear when you can start your 21-day trial. Customer accounts and billing are not open yet. These guides explain the workflow for a customer workspace.

Company access comes first

Signing in identifies a person. Workspace membership decides which company’s records they can access. The owner manages team invitations and can remove members. Switching companies only shows workspaces you belong to.

Client, lead, quote, job and task references are checked against the selected workspace. Database checks also prevent records being linked across companies. These controls are tested with two deliberately separate test companies.

The app chooses the context

For a brief or reply, the app selects the authorised lead, linked client, recent messages and company writing preferences. It does not give the AI an unrestricted database connection or a shared conversation containing every company.

The provider account is managed by the product. Your company does not need to bring its own AI account. Usage is counted and capped per workspace.

Keep people in control

Treat a generated draft as a suggestion. Check names, dates, deliverables, price, availability and commitments before using it. The AI is instructed to treat email contents as source material, including when an email contains instructions aimed at the AI.

AI generation does not send a message. A member of your team reviews and approves a send. Quote totals come from the prices and quantities entered in the app.

Provider processing still applies

An AI request necessarily sends the selected context to the configured AI provider. The current integration requests that responses are not stored as reusable response history. That setting does not by itself promise zero provider retention.

The service privacy notice, provider terms, retention rules and customer consent flow must be finalised before public launch. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into briefs or email drafts.

Account access and exports

Customer accounts are not open yet. Joining the waitlist stores your email and consent; it does not create a CRM workspace or start your trial. At launch, Supabase will verify email sign-in codes delivered through Resend. Company membership controls access to CRM records hosted on Cloudflare.

A workspace owner can export CRM records from Settings. Integration credentials are not included. An export is not a complete mailbox archive or a one-click restore file.
