The Video Production CRM · Coming soon
Lead management for video production
A promising enquiry needs a next step. Keep the brief, contact, potential value and follow-up date visible until there is a clear decision.

Know where each conversation stands
Leads move through Unreviewed, New, In conversation and Quote sent before becoming Won or Lost. A lead becomes Won when acceptance of a sent quote is recorded, creating the production job from that agreed version.
Give every active enquiry a useful next action: clarify the deliverables, confirm access to the venue, send the quote or check the decision date. Add an owner and due date so the follow-up is visible on Today and Calendar.
Bring enquiries in deliberately
Create leads manually for calls, referrals, meetings and existing clients. When Gmail is activated, a selected mailbox label can supply recent enquiry candidates for review. Website form notifications can arrive through that mailbox too.
The Gmail workflow uses bounded recent threads and matching rules. Check extracted contact details and the brief before replying. It is not a promise that every email will become a perfect lead.
Keep the identity when the work is won
Each new lead receives its company’s next production reference. Search by that reference or by title, contact and company. Quotes, accepted jobs, linked tasks and calendar entries retain the same connection.
A lost enquiry keeps its reference and history. Numbers are not recycled just because the opportunity did not turn into work.
Common questions
Does the app generate new sales leads?
No. It manages enquiries your business receives. It does not buy lists, scrape prospects or run outbound campaigns.
Can website forms feed the pipeline?
Form notification emails can be considered by the Gmail intake once activated. There is no standalone public web-form API in this release.
