The Video Production CRM · Coming soon
CRM for videographers
The next filming job often starts as a short email, a referral or a conversation between shoots. Give that enquiry a home, a clear next step and a reference that stays with the work.

Start with the conversation you already have
Add an enquiry from a phone call, referral or meeting. Save the contact, what they want to make, their target date and your next action. You can start with a few active leads instead of importing years of history.
A small production business still needs a repeatable handover between sales and delivery, even when the same person does both. A permanent production reference gives the email, quote, job and tasks one identity.
Quote the way you work
Build your own rate card using filming days, editing hours, packages or a mixture. Adjust the quantities and scope for the actual brief. Quote versions preserve what changed before acceptance. Recording acceptance creates a job and one task per delivery version. For extra work after agreement, propose a priced variation and record the client’s decision.
- List each film and its named delivery versions, formats and revision allowance.
- Keep client approvals and the agreed scope with the production.
- Give your next action a date so it appears in the shared calendar.
A sensible first setup
When customer access opens, verify your email and set your company name, numbering prefix, time zone and normal rates. Start your trial, add an enquiry and prepare its quote. Record acceptance only after the client has agreed. Test the workflow using fictional data before bringing in live work.
Explore the feature pages and join the waitlist to hear when you can start your 21-day trial. Gmail, AI, SMS and billing are still awaiting activation. Editing, media delivery and client payments stay in your existing tools.
Common questions
Can I use it on my own?
Yes. A workspace can start with its owner. The Studio plan includes three people in total, including the owner. Australian pricing is A$99 per month including GST, plus A$19 per additional staff seat. Local currency prices and a team-size calculator are on the homepage. Subscription billing opens at launch.
Does it make or edit videos?
No. It organises the business around production: enquiries, scope, quotes, jobs, tasks and dates.
