Start with the authorised enquiry
For a draft, the app uses the selected company, enquiry, linked client and recent messages. Company writing preferences help shape the wording. The AI does not receive an unrestricted database connection.
Only records from the selected company are included in a draft request.
Review before using the suggestion
Assistance covers a production brief, a reply draft or a follow-up. Check names, deliverables, dates, availability and every promise. Email content is source material, including any instructions someone has placed inside an email.
AI does not extract structured deliverables automatically or decide whether a request is outside scope. The team fills in the deliverables; the quote editor checks required fields without AI. Generation does not send the message or decide a price. Quote totals come from the quantities, rates and tax settings entered by the company. Sending a message requires a separate approval.
One product account, a company allowance
Companies do not need to bring an AI account. The product manages the provider connection and enforces a workspace allowance. The Studio plan includes 150 AI requests per month once activated, with no automatic overage charges.
AI is awaiting activation. Its customer privacy information and provider processing details will be available before it is enabled. A request sends selected context to the configured provider; disabling reusable response history is not a claim of zero provider retention.
Common questions
Can the AI see another company’s clients?
The application selects context using the authenticated workspace and lead. It does not share a cross-company conversation or give the model access to other workspaces.
Will it send messages automatically?
No. The team reviews and approves a send. AI drafts can be edited or discarded.
